All mentioned parties in this proposal have a long history of working together. Each party will be responsible for its own activity. Leading party is Netwerk. All other parties will report to Netwerk.

Overall decision-making will be done in consultation with the three parties. Administration and auditing will also fall under the responsibility of Netwerk.

Contact person for daily communications will be an employee of Netwerk, Eline Bakker. Eline lived in Mexico and speaks English and Spanish. Netwerk will also deliver regular reports on the proceedings of the project.
